1. 定义

3. 允许的使用
   在遵守本许可协议的前提下，你可以：
   （a）为任何目的使用本软件，包括个人、教育、研究及商业用途；
   （b）复制、修改、改编本软件；
   （c）将本软件用于服务部署、网站、应用程序、含广告变现的产品或其他商业场景；
   （d）将本软件用于人工智能模型训练、评估、微调或相关科研及商业用途；
   （e）再分发本软件的原始版本或修改版。

4. 明确禁止：不得直接倒卖源码
   除非获得作者事先书面许可，你不得将本软件的源代码或修改版源代码作为单独商品、主要收费内容或付费访问对象进行出售、授权收费或其他形式的有偿提供。
   本条禁止的行为包括但不限于：
   （a）直接出售源码；
   （b）通过付费会员、订阅、打包下载、授权密钥等方式收费提供源码访问；
   （c）将本软件或其修改版源码作为商品的主要价值进行交易；

5. 允许的收费行为

6. 再分发条件

   （a）保留本许可协议全文；
   （b）保留原始版权声明、作者名称及免责声明；
   （c）不得声称你是原始作者；
   （d）不得删除、隐藏或篡改任何已有版权与许可标识。

7. 修改版与附加许可
   你可以对自己新增的、独立创作的代码部分附加其他许可条款；
   但对于来源于本软件的代码及其修改部分，本许可仍然继续适用。
   任何附加许可或条款不得：

8. 不提供担保
