Accepts the
--fileFilterand--dirFilterparameters and processes them as inpfdo.For now I left the
-eparameter because I wasn't sure if you wanted a breaking change. However I believe leaving it in might break the filtering behavior, since the extension is processed by thepfdicomrun prior to the filters being applied. Speaking of which, might it be better to implement this behavior inpfdicominstead?
