Project-CUDA first release

This is the first release of Project-CUDA which has a frontend GUI written in python & a CUDA backend consisting of multiple files everything bundled in "_internal" folder in the Project-CUDA.zip. Download this zip, unzip it & run the Project-CUDA.exe.
