a script that uses opencv to capture a video frame by frame, display to windows one for the colored video and the other for the gray level video, and finally save the video in .avi extension |
changed the code to capture only the moving parts of the body and isolates it from the static environment

the code check the moving parts in the video and captures them only. this should be used to capture the hands and generate the sound according to its movements between frames |
