build_research_index.py: regeneration now preserves an existing index's valid v3 id and hand-tuned description (consumer repos carry their own ids — e.g. agent-configsindex-rnj440-…; clobbering the id would churn per-repo references). The fixed-token default only seeds a fresh or invalid-id index
