Documentation platform for German youth-welfare providers (ambulante Kinder- und Jugendhilfe). Solo build in a Turborepo + pnpm monorepo. EU-hosted on Firestore (europe-west3) with PITR backups, GDPR-compliant (DSFA, AVV, Verarbeitungsverzeichnis), role-based access, and blue-green deploys via GitHub Actions.
