GenAI Security Project Codebase Cleanup and Restructure

Key Changes:

• moves all initiatives from the GenAI security project to their own respective org/repo's (see here), IE:

Changed:

• CC @rossja @guerilla7 @jsotiro @itskerenkatz you should have received access to a team within the new org (ping me if any issues), those teams have admin permissions for the respective repo's
• i've moved everything from each ./initiative/* to its own unique repo's
• enabled basic housekeeping/security config for each repo, requesting each initiative lead:
• ensure they have access
• enable relevant teams with access
• setup branch protection rules
• fixup repo metadata
• anything else you see fit, it's yours, happy holidays and go nuts

Removed:

• Old assets files and confusing PDFs
