Is merchant ID dynamic? We can have user simply paste the checkout URL. I just edited it to support UK prime now and managed to get a successful slot! Finally some food yay!! |

Similar to PR#50, but dynamically loads the checkout page via the prime now cart. The main difference is that if the cart is edited while the script is running to use a different merchant, the script will still go to the correct checkout page and note a delivery slot.
I also switched the merchant selection to a list choice instead of a dialog with 3 buttons.
