WooCommerce abuses the WP admin menu to upsell their Stripe and PayPal integration plugins.
As this looks alarming and confuses most users, this should be removed.
Add the remove-woocommerce-payment-spam.php to the ./wp-content/mu-plugins/ directory and this obnoxious menu item gets removed.
There are no settings or options that need to be set or change.
To restore the upsell spam, simply remove the file from the ./wp-content/mu-plugins/ directory.
