Add split traffic for specific applications
Added a list of applications that should be included in the VPN
This improvement expands the functionality of the product.
Traffic splitting works the same way as in Android.
You will need to make changes to mullvad-split-tunnel.sys
mullvad/win-split-tunnel#54 (comment)
