The UNTP Publisher is a service that helps lines of business publish UNTP-aligned verifiable credentials. Issuance runs through BC Traction (tenant APIs); this repository is the publisher API and supporting logic.
OrgBook is used only as an optional read-only source for entity metadata (for example resolving an entityId via the OrgBook search API). Credentials are not issued by or stored in OrgBook’s VC APIs, and issuer DID documents do not advertise OrgBook as a linked service.
The goal is for published data to be queryable and usable by BC-registered organizations in their business processes and transactions.
