Started in 2021 building custom ROMs for Android devices that manufacturers had abandoned, learning hands-on, contributing to open-source communities, and getting hooked on seeing real users run what I built. Spending hours on something that could still break and not minding was what told me this was the right path. Today I apply that same hands-on approach to production systems in health tech and academic research, still most motivated when the work ends up in real people's hands.

- Fixed checkout rage clicks by implementing loading states that provide clear visual feedback during processing, identified through PostHog session analysis.
- Maintenance of Node.js services, including correction of transactional email dispatch logic in payment flows and implementation of suppression rules by patient segment.
- Diagnosis and correction of third-party tag integration failures, with server-side CAPI implementation to recover events blocked by ad blockers and fix conversion event coverage gaps.

- Application of Business Intelligence with Power BI for monitoring indicators.
- Built the Professional Satisfaction of Dental Surgeons survey form end-to-end, from database migration to a multi-selection checkbox UI.
- Redesigned the References and About Us pages in Next.js, delivering responsive layouts, pagination for archive materials, improved search and categorization filters, and a modernized team presentation.
