Updated VC++/VB runtime, added the @abbodi1406's VC++ repack (.exe launch with all parameters)

Java 8 updated with .msi file and no long creation of web extension and shortcuts.

Also, removed some deprecated runtimes for newer PCs such PhysX Legacy, SecDrv and Unity Web Player. (on current installations those are not removed, but it newer installs are not coming by default)

Optimized the size of installers.
