Adds Dictato under the Voice-to-Text section.

Why it fits

  • Native macOS app for voice-to-text dictation, designed for system-wide use in any text field
  • Three on-device transcription engines: WhisperKit, Parakeet (NVIDIA), Apple SpeechAnalyzer
  • 80ms real-time latency, 100+ languages, fully offline
  • AI text cleanup (paragraphs, punctuation, filler removal) and vocabulary boosting for custom terms
  • One-time purchase €9.99, no subscription, no cloud

Changes

  • README.md — inserted alphabetically between buzz and EnviousWispr
  • README-zh.md, README-ja.md, README-ko.md — same position synced in all language variants

Format follows the existing Voice-to-Text entries (no Open-Source / Freeware icons since Dictato is paid, consistent with Spokenly, Willow Voice, Ottex).

Synced across README.md, README-zh.md, README-ja.md, README-ko.md.
Inserted alphabetically between buzz and EnviousWispr.
