I don't particularly love this solution, but it seems to work fine.
The problem is that I don't have a great mechanism to validate that every one of the stubs that I put in bdb.h aren't really used somewhere in the code.
Feel free to reject, or suggest something better...
I figured working was better than not, and wallet disabled probably isn't hugely popular?
