Create torchquantum/plugins.py as an alias for torchquantum/plugin to support both import paths: - from torchquantum.plugin import tq2qiskit (current) - from torchquantum.plugins import tq2qiskit (now also works) - from torchquantum.plugins.qiskit_plugin import tq2qiskit (now works) This improves usability for users who may use the plural form.
