DRIVERS-3392 migrate Azure credentials

Summary

Update CSFLE test data to use Azure corporate account.

Changes in this PR

Switching to the corporate account requires updating test data. In Azure, the Key Encryption Key (KEK) cannot be exported between Azure accounts (by design). The Data Encryption Key (DEK) ("keyMaterial" in test files) is re-encrypted with the corporate account.

Obtaining the corporate credentials depends on an opt-in described in mongodb-labs/drivers-evergreen-tools#794 to avoid breaking drivers testing with the latest commit of drivers-evergreen-tools.

Please complete the following before merging:

• Is the relevant DRIVERS ticket in the PR title?
• [ ] Update changelog. Test changes only.
• Test changes in at least one language driver. (Tested with [WIP] CDRIVER-6349 update tests for corporate Azure credentials mongo-c-driver#2326)
• Test these changes against all server versions and topologies (including standalone, replica set, and sharded
