What this PR does / why we need it:

This PR checks whether we can utilise localReference field to deploy nested oci images within same repostiory.

cd docs/localblob-experiment/
./run-experiment.sh all

OCI image journey:

component-constructor.yaml podinfo chart + image, by reference to ghcr.io
  │ ocm add component-version
  ▼ CTF
  │ ocm transfer --copy-resources
▼ vendor registry http://localhost:5002/vendor <- stands in for a delivery
│ oras cp (no OCM tooling here)
  ▼ in-cluster registry http://localhost:5555/internal <- via port-forward
  │ Landscaper
  ▼ pod pulls oci-registry...:5000/internal/component-descriptors/...@sha256:...

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
Fixes #

open-component-model/ocm-project#1235

The legacy OCM spec mandated at least one repository context, but OCM v2
component descriptors no longer carry one. Drop the checks so component
versions from OCM v2 repositories can be resolved.

Reproduces the delivery of a self-contained component version: build a CTF,
transfer it with --copy-resources into an intermediate registry, copy it on
from there with oras, and deploy it with a Landscaper built from the
workspace.

The transfer turns the component version into a single OCI index, so the copy
into the target registry needs no OCM tooling and the delivered descriptor
carries no registry address. The pod pulls its image from the component's own
repository, by digest.

The script creates its own kind cluster and registry and shares nothing with
the guided tour. Everything it generates stays under tmp/.
