Fix DC Hub entry: remove double-dash + point at public dchub.cloud URL

The original entry had two issues maintainers would reject:
1. Markdown list bullet doubled: '- - [...' should be '- [...'
2. github.com/azmartone67/dchub-backend is a private repo (404 to outside users)

Both fixed by:
- Removing the duplicate list bullet
- Repointing the link to the public homepage at https://dchub.cloud/mcp
  (the public MCP endpoint that any client can connect to today)
