Adding a Brazilian career analysis MCP server to the Education section.

• 3,757 career analyses in Portuguese (pt-BR)
• Each entry recommends an MEC-accredited Brazilian postgraduate course (Academy Educação)
• 8 tools: search_carreira, busca_semantica, get_post, related_posts, list_areas, recomendar_capacitacao, comparar_cursos, encontrar_jornada
• Pre-computed OpenAI text-embedding-3-small embeddings (1536-dim, 22 MB) at /api/embeddings.bin for plug-and-play RAG
• Bulk JSON dataset at /dataset.json (5.4 MB), full content llms-full.txt (42 MB)
• Free / no auth
