Point gateway/go.mod at go-mxl v1.0.0-rc.9.test226 (the fabricSetupMu serialize fix) + GOFLAGS=-mod=mod so go.sum picks up the new tag. Throwaway branch to build a gateway image WITH the fix for the AWS full-env e2e (#226). Not for merge.
